1:1 Session

A fifty minute energy work session to balance & support your body’s energy and nervous system.

Done remotely via Zoom voice call(no video).

Come to your appointment with a topic or intention you want to work on to start the session.

Sessions usually include conversation while energy is being moved through your body, since your body feels and responds to everything you say and think. The subtle energetic movement in your body is what I will be focusing on while you speak. I may prompt you further with questions. Sometimes silence is desired and this is completely okay as well. You are free to rest in silence if this feels best for you and even doze off into an "energy work nap." This can bring profound renewal and insight.

If this is your first session, here are a few examples of topics to get you started: a recurring pattern playing out in your life, a habit you want to grow beyond, a traumatic experience, a triggered experience like anger, fear, frustration, grief, depression, violence, intrusive thoughts, disturbed sleep etcetera.
